Daniel is the head of KPMG's passthrough tax practice and holds more than 20 years of tax experience focused on asset managers and investment funds including private equity, hedge, real estate, and regulated investment companies (RICs). Daniel previously served as the head of tax at Ares management.
Rhonda has over 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and consultation in the real estate and private equity sectors. Rhonda has served as the national instructor for KPMG’s tax training programs and previously served as the tax director for Archstone, a Denver-based Real Estate company.
Ari started Flock after experiencing the challenges of being a landlord himself. Prior to Flock, he worked as a hedge fund manager at Ibex Investors, managing $150M+ in assets, and served in the Israel Defense Forces. Ari attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and received his AB from Harvard University.
